Tibetan Bowls and Gongs

We use guided meditations, conscious relaxations and mindfullness to focus the mind and with the help of  sound enter a state of relaxation alpha  (decreases brain activity). So you can connect easier with inner peace.

Repetitive thoughts decrease, creating space within you for new ideas and approaches.

The harmonic vibrations and sounds emitted by the bowls contribute to a better awareness of the body to detect signals of stress and tension in time.

The session finishes with a harmonizacion .
